陕西省招生委员会办公室《关于2021年陕西省高职扩招专项报名及考试录取工作的通知》（陕试普招〔2021〕36号）文件精神，现将2021年高职扩招专项报名及考试录取有关事项通知如下：</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">一、报名条件</span></strong></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">申请参加2021年高职扩招专项报名者，须同时符合下列条件：</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">1．遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律；</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">2．身体状况符合相关要求；</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">3．普通高中、中职（含中专、技工学校、职业高中）毕业或具有同等学力；</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">4．具有陕西户籍或在陕务工满6个月（提供务工合同）。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">下列人员不得报名：</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">1．具有普通高等学历教育资格的高校的在校生；或已被普通高等学校录取并保留入学资格的学生；</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">2．高级中等教育学校非应届毕业的在校生；</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">3．在高级中等教育阶段非应届毕业年份以弄虚作假手段报名并违规参加普通高校招生考试（包括全国统考、省级统考和高校单独组织的招生考试，以下简称“普通高校招生考试”）的应届毕业生；</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">4．因违反国家教育考试规定，被给予暂停参加高校招生考试处理且在停考期内的人员；</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">5．因触犯刑法已被有关部门采取强制措施或正在服刑者；</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">6．已在其他考试中被高职院校录取的考生。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">二、报名时间：9月29日8∶00至10月9日16∶00</span></strong></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">三、报名地点：兴平市教育局一楼（教育考试中心信息室）</span></strong></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">四、报名具体要求和流程</span></strong></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">1、报名流程</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">领取申请表（教育考试中心）--学历或同等学力审查（教育局）--身份认定（相关部门）--提交申请表和资料、现场照相、领取报名条（教育考试中心）--网上报名、缴费（考生自行完成）--信息确认签字（教育考试中心）</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">2、《陕西省高职扩招专项报名申请表》填表说明</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（1）报名者必须首先填写个人信息、粘贴本人一寸免冠近照；</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（2）报名者高级中等教育阶段学历或同等学力、在陕务工情况、企业在岗职工身份由教育行政部门负责审核；</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（3）退役军人前往退役军人事务部门认定退役军人身份；</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（4）下岗失业人员、农民工前往人力资源和社会保障部门认定下岗失业人员、农民工身份；</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（5）高素质农民、基层农技人员前往农业农村部门认定高素质农民、基层农技人员身份；</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（6）所有审查、认定意见栏，负责人必须签名、填写年月日、加盖公章；</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（7）“县（区）招生办审查意见”栏最后填写。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">3、报名资审所需材料</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">《陕西省高职扩招专项报名申请表》、身份证、户口本、高中(职中、技校)毕业证或同等学力证明（外省户籍在陕务工人员需提供在陕务工满6个月劳动合同；退役军人需提供义务兵退出现役证；高素质农民、基层农技人员需提供职业农民证）。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">复印格式要求：A4纸正面复印考生本人及户口本首页，A4纸反面复印身份证正反面及相关证件，一式两份。《陕西省高职扩招专项报名申请表》,原件和复印件各一份。在复印件右上角书写本人真实有效的电话号码。网上报名所填接收信息的电话号码，一定要确保真实有效，录取结束前不能变更。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">4、报名网址及其他事项</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（1）参加高职扩招报名者，资审合格后凭报名条于9月29日8∶00至10月9日16∶00，登录陕西省教育考试院门户网站（网址：https://www.sneea.cn）或陕西招生考试信息网（网址：https://www.sneac.com）完成网上报名手续。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（2）网上缴费：按照省物价局、省财政厅核定的标准，网上报名时须缴纳报名费110元。通过网上银行或微信支付缴费成功后方可办理后续环节。不按规定的时间、程序和要求报名所造成的一切责任，由考生自负。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（3）签字确认:报考者完成网上报名、网上缴费后凭报名条、身份证在报名点进行签字确认。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（4）体检：10月15日前，所有报考者进行身体健康状况检查（具体时间、地点、注意事项会在微信群里通知）。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">五、考试与录取</span></strong></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（1）提交入学申请</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">10月11日8∶30至10月13日24∶00，考生根据各高职院校扩招专项招生计划和招生章程，依据本人意愿，登录陕西省教育考试院门户网站（网址：https://www.sneea.cn）或陕西招生考试信息网（网址：https://www.sneac.com），向有关高职院校提出入学申请，考生可申请高职院校的数量不限。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（2）测试考核</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">10月14日至10月17日，高职院校对不同生源类型组织测试考核。对于普通高中毕业生和中职毕业生，采取“文化素质+职业技能”考试方式，文化素质成绩使用高中学业水平考试成绩或各校组织的文化考试成绩，职业技能成绩使用各校组织的职业适应性测试成绩或职业技能测试成绩。对于退役军人、下岗失业人员、农民工、高素质农民、企业员工和基层农技人员，免予文化素质考试，由各校根据学校基本培养要求，组织与报考专业相关的职业适应性测试或职业技能测试，依据测试成绩录取。对于符合免试条件的技能拔尖人才，由招生学校予以免试录取；对于获得相关职业资格证书、职业技能证书的人员，报考相关专业可免予职业技能或职业适应性测试。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（3）预录取</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">高职扩招专项考试招生强调双向选择、择优录取。各招生学校须于10月21日17∶00前，将本校预录取考生信息通过陕西省教育考试院门户网站（网址：https://www.sneea.cn）或陕西招生考试信息网（网址：https://www.sneac.com）报送省招办，并将预录取考生名单（必须包括考生姓名、预录取专业、毕业学校等基本信息）在本校网站上公示。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（4）报到注册</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">高职院校安排新生到校报到注册的截止时间不得晚于10月26日17∶00。被多所招生学校预录取的考生，只能自主选定1所高职院校报到注册。新生报到注册必须持本人第二代居民身份证到校现场确认。未在10月26日17∶00前到任何预录取高职院校报到注册的考生，其预录取资格自动取消。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（5）正式录取备案</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">10月28日至29日，各高职院校到省招办为已报到注册新生办理正式录取备案手续，逾期不予受理。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">六、疫情防控要求</span></strong></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">1、请佩戴口罩，自觉扫码，持绿码，现场测温低于37.3℃，保持间隔1米排队办理报名手续。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">2、陕西省以外来返兴平人员需提供48小时内核酸检测阴性证明。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing:
