16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">按照中央纪委国家监委关于加强作风建设切实解决群众反映强烈突出问题的部署要求，为缓解节假日期间城区停车难问题，尽全力方便人民群众出行，经市政府研究，决定在重大节假日期间限时免费开放城区行政机关、事业单位内部停车场。现将有关事项通告如下：</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">一．免费开放停车场范围</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;"></span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">兴平市城区范围内道路两旁所有行政机关、事业单位（人武部、公安、检察、法院、消防、金融机构、学校、医院等涉密单位除外）内部停车场。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">二、停车场限时开放时间</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;"></span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">重大节假日（元旦、春节、清明、五一、中秋、国庆）首日0:00至假期最后一天24:00。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">三、要求事项</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;"></span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">1.各行政机关、事业单位凡具备条件的内部停车场，均应</span><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;text-indent: 2em;">对外开放。</span><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;text-indent: 2em;">各单位应对开放停车场进行周密安排，在道路醒目位置设置临时停车场标志、引导标识和临时停放说明（标识样式见附件），并安排专人做好巡查工作，不允许以任何理由推诿、设卡或“明推暗阻”，阻碍市民和游客停车。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">2.各单位停车场所开放的停车对象为七座（含）以下，牌证齐全的小型汽车，不接受其它车辆停放。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">3.各停车场在限时开放时限内，不得向进场临时停放的车辆驾驶人收取任何费用或物品。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">4.各单位按照常态化疫情防控要求，做好进出人员测温、扫码和登记，安排好清洁消毒工作。马嵬办、阜寨镇应加强值守巡查力度，有序做好假期游客车辆停放。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">5.请广大市民严格遵守各单位停车规定，服从现场管理人员安排，爱护公共设施，规范有序停车，自觉维护环境卫生。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;">6.限时开放期间，进入停车场的车主需配合停车场内部管理，按指定范围有序停车，锁好车辆门窗并落实安全防范措施，切勿将贵重物品存放于车上。停车场限时免费开放，属公益性行动，不负责财物保管，不承担物品遗失、车辆被盗、剐擦损毁等所致的财产损失。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 1px;">各部门、各单位要努力践行以人民为中心的发展理念，精心组织、周密安排，认真落实好市委市政府关于重大节假日免费开放停车场的工作安排，规范设置停车区域，准确提醒注意事项，扎扎实实将民生实事办到群众心坎上。市委督查室将会同有关部门对任务落实情况进行督査，对工作不力的单位，将予以通报。</span></section><section style="text-align:
